    |Mine Use Communication System>>KT31 mine use radio communication system

    KT31 type system for radio communication and personnel management was developed by Changzhou Lianli Communication Technology Co., Ltd in cooperation with UT Starcom Co., Ltd. It is a comprehensive business system for coal mine, which integrates radio communication and personnel monitoring into one system. It is flexible in establishing various networks for large-, medium- and small-sized coal mines, mine bureaus and local areas to meet the need of different customers. The quality of the system is good (at the level of communication equipment); the price is cheap (at the level of enterprises); and it has high performance cost ratio.

    The system is composed of part of or all of the following equipment: network management server, fiber optic transmitter, KTW30 radio central controller, KTW31 type base station controller, KTW32 mine use radio base station, KTW33 mine use mobile phones, KGE51 mine use radio identification cards, KDW63 type base station controller power supply box, KLF2 type line multiplexer, KLT18 line extender, and mine use optic cables and mine use communication cables.

    It is mainly used by broad customers of coal mines. It consists of radio coding transmitters, underground data monitoring outstations, surface central station and data transmission channels. The radio coding transmitters send out radio frequency signals representing the characteristic identity. After receiving the signals, the data monitoring outstation trasmits them again to the surface central station. The coded signals from the data monitoring outstation are then analyzed and processed into various documents by the Central station, so that the management can make prompt query about all the information.

    Main Functions of the System:
    Radio Communication
    Making and receiving call services between cell phones;
    Making and receiving call services between cell phones and wire hand free telephone, connection between radio system and coal mine dispatching & administration exchange;
    Indication of calls on cell phones;
    Sending short messages between cell phones and between cell phones and the system;
    Integration of surface and underground communications as well as wire and wireless communications
    Radio Personnel Monitoring
    The miners equipped with cell phones and radio identification cards report in time, via all base stations, to Network Management Center from the base station in which they are located, or the distance to the base station, so that the Center could monitor the position of surface or underground personnel bringing cell phones or identification cards. The Center could also determine the time when the personnel go down or up the pit based on their arrival and departure time from the base station. Since omnidirectional duplex communication system is adopted between cell phones or radio identification cards and the system, it is ensured that no missing of call is possible, thus, it guarantees the accuracy of data.
    Expandable Function
    KT31 system is provided with a complete set of interface proposal. It could interface with a variety of systems, for example, the existing systems of OA, environmental and work safety monitoring, production dispatching, etc. It can make use of the short message platform of KT31 system to send all kinds of notices, warnings, designation of tasks, etc. It provides a more convenient and prompt communication system for management to obtain all mine information.

    The system is provided with a variety of interface proposals, which can interface administrative PBX system and production dispatching sytem with voice service. The system can also interface with mine wide comprehensive automation system, safety monitoring system, power monitoring system, office OA system and production management system for data transmission.
