FUNCTION:

• Measure function: total active energy and active energy consumption of each tariff;reverse energy accumulated record as the forward energy; at the same time measure total reverse active energy separetely.
• Demand measurement function: maximum demand calculate and measurement;the way of calculations can be programmed as slip mode or interval mode.
• Power purchase alarms when remaining energy or amount is not enough.
• Load control function: Load threshold and the overload times that the user is allowed can be pre-programmed; with overload alarm function( sound-light alarm with warning light flashing and power-off alarm ).
• Multi-tariff function: with two modes of time-sharing multi-tariff and ladder multi-tariff ;Time-sharing multi-tariff can be programmed as multiple day-time tariff, multiple tariff, multiple holiday tariff, multiple timezone tariff and so on. Ladder multi-tariff is programmable of different tariff based on the amount of power consumption.
• Anti-hoarding function: hoarding threshold is programmable.When the totally amount of remaining amount plus purchasing amout is more than hoarding threshold, the purchasing amount will be rejected.
• User is permitted to overdraft energy, and overdraft threshold is programmable. When threshold is 0, power overdraft is not permitted.
• The on credit consumption is permitted for users (on credit consumption is permitted at the time interval that to power off is not allowed by law), the credit threshold is programmable. When threshold issetted as 0, on credit consumption is not permitted.
• The monthly basic power consumption function: the value of monthly baisic power consumption programmable.When the monthly actual power consumption is less than the programmed value, the meter will deduct the programmed basic monthly value from the remaining energy.
• Alarm and pre-alarm function: the threshold value is programmable; When the remaining energy is equal to or less than the alarm or pre-alarm threshold ,there will be audible and visual alarm indication. User can cancel the alarm by pressing botton or pluging in a card.
• Events record function: tamper event, time calibration event and other events can be detected and recorded.
• Meter reading function: metar data can be read by meter reading card or hand held unit(HHU).
• Meter replacement function: the data in the old meter can be transfer to new meter through meter-replacing card.
• “Communication function: with infrared communication interface and RS485 remote communication; the meter can upload the data to central station locally and remotely.

• Self-detecte function: meter can self-detect LCD, EFPROM, ESAM module, RTC, battery status of RTC and report the result.
• Power-off display function: support power off display.
• Safe use of electricity: the meter adopts CPU card with key management system. It’s a complete set of safety management systems with a high level of security.
