GZM-50GV-N net weight valve bag packing machine
Introduction
GZM-50GV is a gravity feed type packing machine for valve bags, there are two types, gross weight type (GZM-50GV-G) and net weight type(GZM-50GV-N), gross type feed the material during weighing, net type weigh the material in the hopper then release into the bag. The net type is with higher production.
The machine are applicant to pack granule such as plastic particles, activated carbon particles, rice, bean which are with good fluidity.

Features
Only for valve bags;
The machine is include a storage bin, if you are going to pack 25kg, it will weight 25kg material in the bin, then release into the bag, it is with high accuracy and speed;
The worker only need to plug in the bag, the machine will fill and dosing automatically;
The machine uses 220V voltage and 0.5Mpa compressed air;
Dust collection device is also available;

Working process
1. Manually plug in the bag into the filling nozzle;
2. Press start, the machine start to weigh the capacity you need, when achieve the weight, the door close;
3. Then release the material into the valve bag;
4. Manually release the bag from nozzle.
