Introduction
GZM-50SO-SS is for packing 20-50kg powder into open top bags. The machine is include auto dosing system, auger feeder, belt conveyor and sealing machine.
It is all SUS304, normally used to pack food powder into open top bags, after feeding, the machine can hot seal the plastic bag, then sew the woven bag.
It is widely used in food, agriculture, chemical industrial, such as wheat powder, potato starch, corn starch, it has two steps of feeding, fast feed and slow feed to make sure of the accuracy. The target weight and fast feed value can be set according to customer’s requirement, the material of machine also can be customized, it can be carbon steel, contact parts SUS304/316, or all SUS3004.

Working process
1. Clamp the bag on the nozzle, press start;
2. The machine start to feed;
3. After achieve the weighing target, it stops automatically;
4. The machine release the bag on the belt conveyor;
5. The conveyor deliver the bag to the sealing machine to seal.
