1. The PVC Fiber Enhancing Soft Pipe , also called gridding pipe and snakeskin pipe which is mainly used to convey the middle pressure or corrosive gas and liquid ,it is widely used in such areas as mechanical engineering , coal mine , petroleum  ,chemical industry , agriculture irrigation , civil application(solar energy water heater , gas-jar) , also it can be used in irrigating garden and lawn.

2. PVC Fiber Hose Production Line can produce softs pipes, and it is renforced by fibers, this kind of pipe can be used for transfer oil, air, water and so on . It contains Single Screw Extruder, Mould, Braider, Cooling Batch, Oven, Haul-off, Winder and electrical cabinet.

1. Our PVC pipe extrusion machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running etc.
The standard PVC pipe extrusion machine include: material charger, SJZ series conic twin screw ,
extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker.
Clients also can choose double/four PVC pipe extrusion line to make small size PVC pipes.

2. The main electrics for PVC pipe extrusion machine only adopt Siemens motor, siemens contactor,
ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.
All of our PVC pipe extrusion machine will be tested before delivery, and we will invite our cients to
come and testing the whole line with us together.

3. Hauling-off unit adopts particular pedrail structure, which is easy and convenient for operation; pedrail clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable.

Cutting system adopts saw blades and planetary cutting means; sumping uses hydraulic system , which ensures the smooth cross section; equipped with dust-collecting unit, which ensures the clean working environment.
