1.PVC pipe production line is consist of SJZ series conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum cooling tank, spray cooling tank(for big size pipe), haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker, etc. It also need some auxiliary machinery. For example, hot&cooling mixer, crusher, milling machine, belling machine, etc. The hot&cooling mixer is necessary, others is optional

2.PVC extrusion die head used high quality alloy steel manufacturing, channel surface with brightness and anti-corrosive. Wide flow channel design to ensure the retention time of the melt in the die head and the largest extrusion production.
In view of the large diameter PVC pipe, the vacuum tank used double vacuum chamber structure design, equipped with a circular plate, making pipe roundness and forming better.
