The ZCS-1500 Desiccant Wheel Dehumidifier utilizes advanced adsorption technology to effectively remove moisture from air. Featuring a high-quality silica gel desiccant wheel from Sweden Proflute, this industrial dehumidifier operates through a continuous rotation process between process air and reactivation air streams.
The desiccant wheel rotates slowly (6-10 revolutions per hour) between two separate air streams. Process air passes through the wheel, transferring moisture to the desiccant material. Simultaneously, heated reactivation air regenerates the desiccant by removing accumulated moisture, ensuring continuous dehumidification performance.
