This hydraulic tensioner is engineered for stringing one or two ropes or bundled conductors on bull-wheels with two pairs of independently controlled bull-wheels. The bull-wheel grooves feature wear-proof interchangeable nylon sectors for extended service life.
Hydraulic Transmission System
Dual closed hydraulic circuits provide stepless speed variation in both rotating directions. The system includes 2 pull pre-setting controls that maintain preset pulling values even when speed is reduced to zero, automatically adjusting operation speed based on friction and unexpected loads.
