Operational Process
PET bottles enter via input conveyor and transfer to rinsing station via star wheel. After 180° rotation and internal/external rinsing, bottles move to filling station where precision gravity valves ensure consistent fill levels. Finally, magnetic capping heads seal caps without over-tightening before bottles exit via outfeed conveyor.
