High quality Nickel special alloy Hastelloy C-276 pipe
The Hatselloy C-276 has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosion media under oxidation and reduction conditions. Excellent resistance to point corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Alloys are suitable for various chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The high content of Molybdenum and Chromium makes the alloy resistant to the corrosion of chloride ions, and tungsten also further improves its corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C-276 is one of the only materials that can resist the corrosion of moist chlorine, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solutions. The alloy has significant corrosion resistance to high-concentration chlorinated salt solutions(such as ferric chloride and copper chloride).
1.The lower the sulfur content in the heat-processing fuel, the better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0.1 %, and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5 %.
2.The thermal processing temperature of the alloy range from 1200 °C to 950 °C, the cooling method is water-cooled or fast air-cooled.
3.Suitable for any traditional welding process, such as tungsten electrode inert gas protection welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal extremely inert gas protection welding, melting extremely inert gas protection welding.
- Size(1.3-10.00mm): About 20kgs one coil wraped with plastic film put on wodden pallet or accord to customer's requirement.
Size(0.01-1.2mm)In spool warpped with plastic film put into carton then put on the wodden pallet.
One spool can put into 0.5/1/1.5/3/5/15/20 kgs wire accord to wire size.

A: We do sell tubing on an individual basis however there is a $50 "broken box" fee applied to any order less than an entire case.Since we don't offer a way to order individual tube pieces online please call us to place an order over the phone.
A: Yes, our tubing comes in standard 20 foot lengths and will need to ship via freight. I'd also like to mention that there is a broken box charge meaning that if you do not order an entire box of tubing you will be charge additional fees as such. For more information please contact us. Thanks.
