Operation Process
Material enters through the magnetic bar box inlet. As particles pass through the permanent magnetic bars, magnetic contaminants are captured by the 12000 gauss magnetic force. Non-magnetic materials discharge normally while the cylinder system extracts magnetic bars layer by layer, automatically releasing captured ferromagnetic materials through the iron removal outlet.
