ISO/BV Certified Poly Ferric Sulfate Coagulant - 11-19% Iron Content for Electronics Water Treatment
Poly Ferric Sulfate (PFS) is an inorganic polymer flocculant available in light yellow powder or deep red liquid form. This ISO/BV certified coagulant offers superior performance in electronics water treatment applications with high floc density, rapid sedimentation, and efficient contaminant removal.
| Parameter | Liquid | Solid |
|---|---|---|
| Relative Density (20°C) ≥ | 1.45 g/cm³ | - |
| Total Iron Content ≥ | 11.0% | 19.0% |
| Reducing Substances (Fe²⁺) ≤ | 0.10% | 0.15% |
| Basicity | 8.0-16.0% | 8.0-16.0% |
| Undissolved Substance ≤ | 0.3% | 0.5% |

- High floc density for rapid sedimentation
- Excellent contaminant removal efficiency
- Low sludge production volume
- ISO and BV certified quality standards
- Effective in pH range 7-10
PFS is extensively used in electronics industry wastewater treatment, electroplating facilities, paper manufacturing, dyeing operations, food processing plants, and municipal sewage treatment systems. It demonstrates exceptional COD removal rates and fast precipitation speeds in electronics and electroplating applications.
Add appropriate quantity of PFS to wastewater and mix thoroughly. Standard dosage ranges from 15-50 kg per 1000 tons of wastewater, depending on contamination levels. Optimal performance achieved at pH 7-10. Adjust pH using alkaline agents if necessary before PFS application.
Packaged in canvas bags with non-toxic polyethylene liners. Net weight: 25 kg per bag. Shelf life: 12 months.
Transported via tanker trucks or general vehicles using plastic barrels. Requires corrosion-resistant containers. Shelf life: 6 months.
