Description 
Coagulant for paint fog is composed of agent A & B. Agent A is one kind of special treatment chemical for removing the viscosity of paint. The main composition of A is organic polymer. When added into water  recirculation system of spray booth, it can remove the viscosity of remaining paint, remove the heavy  metal in water, keep the biological activity of recirculation water, remove COD, and reduce the cost of  waste water treatment. Agent B is one kind of super polymer, it is used to flocculating the residue,  make the residue in suspension for easily treat.

Experimental Materials

(1)500 ml glass (or plastic) bottle

(2)The disposable syringe

(3)Straw

(4)The paint samples (or spot spray circulation water samples)

(5)Coagulant for paint mist agent A and B

(6)PH test paper

(7)Sodium hydroxide solution

Experimental Procedure

(1)Take 400 ml water into the bottle

(2)Through a straw into the paint a few drops with a shaking hybrid (or spray circulating water field experiments)

(3)Add alkali adjust PH to 9-10

(4)Add agent A 0.5~1.0ml, lid and shaking to make it mix with water

(5)Add agent B 0.5~1.0ml, lid and shaking then put it on the desk, make the Paint slag float

Experimental result

(1)Paint slag viscosity is completely removed, Soft not glue the hand

(2)Paint slag float completely

(3)Clear water quality

Package
A agent It is packaged in PE drums, each containing 25KG, 50KG & 1000KG/IBC.
B agent it is packaged with 25kg double plastic bag

Storage
It should be stored in cool storage place avoiding sunlight. The shelf life of Agent A (liquid)is 6 months, Agent B (powder )is 6 months
