Structural Components
This bell type annealing furnace system includes:
- 1 heating shield constructed from Q235A plate and steel profile with δ=5mm thickness
- 2 furnace bases with 35T loading capacity and 24T coil capacity
- 2 inner covers made from high-quality SUS321 (1Cr18Ni9T) with δ=6mm thickness
- Cooling cover, valve bracket, and pipeline system
- 40mm silicon rubber sealing between base and inside cover for optimal airtightness
