Machine Overview
This high-frequency welded tube mill machine is designed for complete production line operation. The process begins with coil loading at the uncoiler, followed by butt-welding of coil ends and delivery to the accumulator. The strip is continuously pulled from the accumulator at fixed speed, formed into open-pipe at the forming machine, then welded using high-frequency welding technology. The pipe undergoes deburring, cooling, shaping, and sizing for both round and rectangular/square profiles. After straightening via Turkey-head device, the pipe is cut to fixed lengths by flying saw and finally delivered through the run-out table for inspection.
