HESLY refractory anchors and related materials are used for anchoring and assembling refractory ceramic fiber linings or for reinforcing monolithic ling of castables, plastics or ramming mixes; some industries are cement, ceramic, steel, thermal, petrochemical, power and many more. 

 

We produce a wide range of standard anchoring systems, available in assortment of shapes and sizes usually in the shape of Y, U,C and V, etc. to match all types of lining; also provide availability of Refractory Anchors in unlike specifications as per the preferences of global clients. We offer anchors suitable for single and dual layer lining, brick, ceramic, fiber and castable refractory.

 

Material Selection of HESLY Hex mesh anchors:

Alloys behave differently in different environments and temperatures. Therefore the choice of material is critical for the refractory anchors. HESLY™’s experience and assist with determining the most appropriate materials for each individual application.

 

HESLY™ supply anchors in a variety of material options including standard heat resisting alloys such as 304, 310 & 253 and can also supply specialist alloys such as 601 and DS in a variety of diameters.
