LSF30 Safety Lock for ZLP800 Suspended Platform
The LSF30 safety lock is a critical safety component for ZLP800 suspended platforms, designed to automatically engage and secure the platform in emergency situations. This essential safety device prevents catastrophic falls and ensures worker protection at elevated heights.
Safety Lock Types and Operation
Available in two operational variants: LST anti-tilting type and LSL centrifugal type safety locks. The safety mechanism automatically engages the wire rope when suspension rope failure occurs or when platform tilting exceeds 3°~8° range.
In emergency descent scenarios, the safety lock automatically secures the wire rope within 100mm of platform drop. Manual operation capability allows for controlled locking during hoist or motor failures.
