20mm-110mm Glassfiber PPR Pipe Making Machine
This multi-layer PPR pipe production line utilizes co-extrusion technology to manufacture pipes with enhanced functionality and cost efficiency. The specialized process allows for the use of recycled materials in middle layers while maintaining excellent performance characteristics.
Production Line Components
Single Screw Extruder Machine
Engineered with premium components to ensure production stability, operational efficiency, and long-term machine durability.
Specialized Mould Design
Features a unique adapter for co-extrusion from two single extruders. The extended cooling calibrator enhances product performance and quality.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling System
Two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Constructed from stainless steel 304 with an 8-meter extended cooling process for superior pipe surface quality and precise sizing.
Haul-off Unit
Equipped with three crawler tracks for stable pipe operation. Features customizable hauling models adjustable through general control settings to meet specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit
High-precision encoder ensures accurate and consistent cutting lengths. PLC control system allows manual operation for specific applications. All surfaces utilize stainless steel 304 for corrosion resistance and extended machine lifespan.
