Production Process Overview
Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under precisely controlled temperature and pressure conditions. The molten material is then shaped in the corrugation mould using advanced vacuum or pressure forming technology. After shaping, the corrugated pipes undergo water cooling to stabilize their structural form. The cooled pipes are automatically cut to specified lengths and collected by the coiler system for final inspection and packaging.
