PP PE Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
This advanced extrusion production line manufactures flexible corrugated pipes from PE, PP, or PVC materials. Designed for wire protection, drainage, ventilation, and automotive applications, it delivers stable performance, high output, and uniform pipe forming through precision temperature control and optimized die design.
Production Process
Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is shaped in the corrugation mould using vacuum or pressure forming technology. After shaping, the corrugated pipes undergo water cooling to stabilize their form, followed by automatic cutting to required lengths and collection by the coiler for inspection and packaging.
