Type SHD-PCG three-conductor portable power cable designed for 2kV or 5kV applications in demanding industrial environments, specifically engineered for longwall shearer mining operations.

Heavy-duty cables specifically designed for longwall shearers requiring three shielded power conductors, three unshielded control conductors, and a central grounding conductor. Available in different voltage ratings and jacket materials to meet specific customer requirements.

  • Control Group (3 Conductors): Tinned copper conductor with EPR insulation and thermosetting sheath
  • Insulation Colors: Black, white, and red
  • Grounding Conductor: Tinned copper conductor positioned in cable center
  • Sheath: Reinforced extra-heavy-duty Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE), black
Customization Options

Alternative jacket materials including CSP, PCP, NBR, and PVC available upon request. Two-layer jacket construction with reinforcing fiber between layers offered as optional enhancement.
