Making sample : We will make some test samples to confirm effection after the design firm was confirmed .

Surface treatment : Use special machine for surface treatment.
Lamination: Matt lamination or gloosy lamination.and so on

Q1: Can the product be customized?
A: Yes. We can customize it according to your requirements,such as measurements, brand, colors,printing and packaging etc. We accept OEM/ODM service.
Q2: Can you help me to work out the dimensions of the display?
A: Yes, please advise the sizes of your product/packaging and how many product per display. Weight of product is also necessary, to help us decide if need to reinforce the display or not.
Q3: How long does it take once I place my order for displays or packaging?
A: For sample, it will take about 3-5 days after the artwork confirmed.
For mass production, it depends on the order quantity. Generally Lead time 12-15 working days for 200-500pcs cardboard display stand.
Q4: Can cardboard display load heavy duty products?
A: Yes, it can. According to your cases, our engineers will try their best to meet your needs after rationalizing structure of your products and select thickened materials and other fittings(if necessary).
Q5: What file type you require for printing?
We require AI, PDF, PSD, and font files with high resolution graphic higher than 300dpi for printing.
Q6: If customer face difficulty to assemble the corrugated display, how you can help?
A: We usually consider to design the POP display structures by easily assembled, and offer a piece of manual paper to each packaging box. If customer still has no idea on how to assemble, we will take a short video to show them how to do step by step.
Q7: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A:For sample and small quantities we usually ship by Fedex, DHL, UPS and TNT, it usually takes 4-5 work days to arrive. For large quantities, we usually ship by sea.
