Adhesion performance may be affected by substrates, release paper, and application environment. Trial runs are recommended to determine suitability.
- Ensure substrates and release paper are free from dust and oil
- Pre-condition materials to constant temperature and humidity before application
- Application methods: roller or spray coating
- Operating temperature: 150-170°C (adjust ±5-10°C seasonally)
- Application temperature range: +5°C to +50°C
- Temperature resistance after application: -20°C to +60°C
- Shelf life: 12 months in dry, cool environment
- Packaging: 20kg/box, 5kg/cake
- Remove residual adhesive with wooden shovel before complete cooling
- Clean cooled adhesive with specialized detergent
- Clean applicators with mineral oil at 120°C, then purge with hot melt adhesive
- Do not mix with other adhesives
- Keep containers covered to prevent contamination
- Stop heating during extended non-use periods to prevent carbonization
- Wear safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing to prevent burns
