Ideal for permanent labels and other pressure sensitive applications requiring high tack, strong peel strength, and excellent die-cuttability.
Apply using slot or roll coating applicators. Recommended operating temperature range: 150-180℃, depending on equipment, substrates, and plant conditions.
Safety Precautions: Material is applied hot. Use appropriate personal protective equipment to prevent burns. Ensure adequate ventilation to remove vapors. Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination.
Packaging: Available in 6.25kg or 1kg blocks wrapped with siliconized release paper, or 25kg/box with meltable film.
Storage: Store in original packaging for up to 24 months in dry, clean conditions at 5-35℃. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture condensation.
