Product Function

Straight Barb-to-Female Adapters are used to navigate tight corners for flexible tubing transited to rigid tubing. One end is for connecting flexible tubing ID0.8-3.2mm, another end is for connecting flanged or flangeless fittings for rigid tubing.

Application Note

1. Straight thread to barbed adapters need to match with male fittings of same thread type.

2. One-Piece Fittings Installation Steps:

a. Prepare 1 pieces same male thread type flanged or flangeless fittings with tubing assembly

b. Insert the assembly into the receiving ports, pushing the tubing into the port until it bottoms out.

d. Finger tighten the nut into the port until snug.

e. After several uses (especially at high pressure) the ferrule or flanged tube should be replaced.

f. Connect the flexible tubing into the barbed end
