There are various applications of this item including integral ball joints, and there are numerous similarities to the R-G ball joint design, with the single exception being that the steel housing is hardened and the overall wear life is increased by the ball stud combination.
All the parts in this design are manufactured from high-quality carbon steel and treated for superior resistance and durability. In addition to this, the integrated retaining ring is produced from galvanized music wire and will help retain the ball stud better. Note that a rubber grommet seal is also included and ensures durable protection against contaminants.
