(1) We can offer you FREE A4 size sample, New client need to pay the delivery cost. We will refund it after the trial order is
placed.

Q2: How can I get your quotation? 

(1) Inform us your requirements about the item, specification, quantity, colors and other necessary information by sending us an inquiry. We will reply to you ASAP.

(2) Price will be different from different function and quantity and weight. So you have to confirm with our sales when you want to place an order.

Q3: Can you produce according to customers design and color?

Yes, we can produce according to your color and design. Please inform us of your design and color swatch or color index (such as PANTONE index) by sending us an inquiry.

Q4: How long the lap dips will be finished? How about mass production lead time?

(1) Lead time of the lap dips is about 4-5 days.

(2)1/ Small Order: 13-20 days for production.

2/ Bulk Order : 20-40 days according to your order.

For the special urgent order, we can help arrange more quickly.
3/ Shipping time: If small quantity, by express or air, about 3-7days.
4/ If bulk quantity, by sea, about 30-45 days according to your sea port.

Q5: What is your terms of payment?

(1) Usually, we accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, irrevocable L/C at sight. Also, it is negotiable after cooperation.
(2) For regular orders, we prefer 30% deposit before producing and the balance paid before/against
delivery.

Q6: How to control quality of mass production?

(1) We have a professional QC team to guarantee the quality through every production step.
(2) They can provide pictures or videos to show you the process of production.
