Our pocket filter welding system utilizes ultrasonic welding technology capable of handling various filter accuracies and thicknesses. This customizable system enables continuous sealing of multiple pocket filters with extended welding lengths for superior durability.
Structural Design Features
Bag-style medium-efficiency filters feature a unique pocket structure that ensures uniform air distribution throughout each bag. Hot-melt technology prevents over-squeezing and leakage between bags, reducing resistance while maximizing dust holding capacity. The reinforced bag support grille prevents filter shrinkage or bending under extreme operating conditions.
