Anti-static treatment and low-temperature heat-seal coating treatment are designed for automatic heat-seal packaging of cigarettes, etc. The PVC cellophane used for manual packaging may not undergo this treatment. This is because PVC is an electrical insulating material. During the packaging operation, the surface of the film is very easy to generate static electricity due to friction, which not only affects the appearance and transparency of the film, but can even cause fire. Although in principle, static electricity can be prevented by adding static dispersant and surface static elimination, the most suitable method is to coat the surface of the film with an anti-static agent. The purpose is to make the PVC cellophane not produce aesthetic shrinkage during heat-sealing packaging.
