The powdery organic fertilizer production line is one of the simple organic fertilizer production lines, also known as small-scale organic fertilizer production lines. Suitable for many small farms, its configuration includes dehydration, drying, fermentation, crushing, mixing, and packaging. The technological process involves fermenting, decomposing, crushing, mixing and packaging organic fertilizer raw materials including animal manure, domestic garbage, sludge, distiller's grains, and biogas residue to complete powdered organic fertilizer processing.

| Fermentation Process | At the beginning of fermentation, about 60% material moisture enters the fermentation tank or stack. Microorganisms use soluble organic matter as nutrition, rapidly proliferate and release thermal energy, causing temperature to rise. When material reaches 60°C, compost turner starts turning material to expose bacteria to oxygen and reduce moisture. Fermentation stops when temperature stabilizes around 50°C, followed by 5-7 day resting period. Complete fermentation process takes 20-25 days depending on material condition and local temperature. |
