The process begins with collecting animal manure and mixing it with hay and silage to create compost for fermentation. Our specialized pile turning machine ensures uniform fermentation by thoroughly mixing and aerating the materials, preventing uneven moisture distribution that could compromise fermentation quality.

Composted materials are processed through our batching system, where they are crushed, proportioned, and mixed with additives using material crushers and horizontal mixers. This ensures precise formulation and homogeneous blending of all components.

The mixed materials are then formed into uniform pellets using our advanced organic fertilizer granulator, which produces consistent, high-quality fertilizer granules.

Our rotary screening machine efficiently separates granules by size with minimal vibration and noise. The system features:

Cooled fertilizer granules are conveyed to finished product storage via bucket elevators and automatically weighed and packaged using precision packaging scales, ensuring consistent portion control and professional presentation.
