Structure Description of WQP Stainless Steel Submersible Sewage Pump
The WQP series stainless steel submersible sewage pumps consist of two parts: the motor and the pump, separated by an oil isolation chamber and mechanical seal components, making them electromechanical integrated products. The motor and pump share the same shaft (rotor), resulting in a shorter overall pump length and a compact structure. It comes with various protective devices to ensure reliable pump operation. The main components function as follows:
- Signal Line: Comes with a full-protection water pump control cabinet, providing comprehensive protection to the pump against water leakage, phase failure, short circuit, overheating, motor overload, etc.
- Motor Stator: Uses B or F class insulation.
- Leakage Sensor: Installed in the oil chamber, it can send signals to the control system to protect the pump when water enters due to damaged mechanical seals.
- Mechanical Seal: Employs dual-seal series connection made of new hard-wearing and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, featuring reliable sealing, wear resistance, and a long lifespan.
- Impeller: Designed with single or double channel structures, it has strong passing capacity, capable of passing large materials and fibrous waste, reducing blockages and entanglement issues.
- Pump Body: Used in conjunction with the impeller to achieve high efficiency of the pump.
- Sealing Ring: Located at the mouth ring of the pump body, it can be replaced when wear occurs to ensure the pump operates at optimal efficiency.
