Material of other parts can be consulted and disucssed in details.
*Impeller: the new casting technology is adopted, and the hydraulic performance of the pump is up to the national standard.
*Electric motor water-resistant electromagnetic wire: using three layers of insulation performance, excellent insulation performance, cold resistance, acid and alkali salt resistance; using copper content oxygen free copper as conductor core, low resistance, high conductivity.
*Pump shaft: 30Cr13 stainless steel, high strength, good abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
*Rotor components: rotor shaft is made of 30Cr13 stainless steel, and rotor is tested for dynamic balance, so that it runs smoothly and reliably.
Working condition:
(1) Three-phase AC power supply of rated frequency at 50HZ and rated voltage at 380±5%V.(user voltage at 660V shall be otherwise specified)
(2) Pump inlet shall be kept below the dynamic level by 1 meter, but the submerged depth shall not exceed 70 meters below the static level. And the lower part of motor shall be kept at least 1 meter to the bottom of the well.
(3) Generally, water temperature shall not be higher than 30℃.
(4) Water quality requirements :
① Sand content in water not greater than 0.01%( weight ration)
② PH value between 6.5~8.5
③ chlorine ion content not greater than 400mg/l
