1 . Descriptions:
This alloy materials is widely used in resistance welding industry, it can be made into insulated location pins(guid pins) and Location bushings(guid sleeves) for nut welding or bolt welding .the guid pins and sleeves have good durability, excellent insulativity, super surface hardness and anti-abrasive capability.
 


KCF is a special metal material, after a special heat treatment process of 1220 degrees, the surface can produce a layer of 8-15 thick quality insulation layer, this material can be processed into pins, tubes and various shapes, mainly used for high temperature, insulation protection of certain parts of the product, such as the automotive industry bolts, nuts welding.



2 . KCF introduction:

We can offer KCF alloy Rods with diameter of 8-85mm and length is about 1m or longer. After our special treatment, there are about 3 oxidation layers created, and when observing under electric microscope 10000 times, you can see its uniform microstructure and the layers are so closely to each other. Which offer better performance for anti-resisting and insulativity. We also can manufacture many sizes of guid pins and guid sleeves for our customers. We also can make based on the customer’s requirements.
