Counterclockwise Operation: Air pressure at port A extends pistons outward, compressing springs while exhausting air from port B. Upon pressure loss, spring energy retracts pistons inward, rotating pinion clockwise.

Clockwise Operation: Air pressure at port B extends pistons outward, compressing springs. Spring return provides clockwise rotation upon pressure release.

Counterclockwise Operation: Air pressure at port A extends pistons outward, rotating pinion counterclockwise while exhausting port B.

Clockwise Operation: Air pressure at port B retracts pistons inward, rotating pinion clockwise while exhausting port A.
