Industrial Air Operated Diaphragm Pump - 192 L/Min Flow Rate, 70 Meter Lift, Low Vibration Design
This industrial double acting diaphragm pump (also known as membrane pump, air operated double diaphragm pump or pneumatic diaphragm pump) utilizes a reciprocating rubber, thermoplastic, or Teflon diaphragm combined with check valves, butterfly valves, or flap valves on both sides to efficiently pump various fluids with minimal vibration.

The pump features two symmetrical working chambers, each equipped with a diaphragm connected by a center link. Compressed air enters through the inlet valve and is directed to one chamber, pushing the diaphragm while the other chamber exhausts air. At the end of each stroke, the air distribution mechanism automatically redirects compressed air to the opposite chamber, creating continuous synchronized reciprocating motion.
