Maintenance Procedures
Fluid Section Disassembly
- Remove upper and lower manifolds
- Remove ball, O-rings and ball seat
- Remove fluid cap and diaphragms
- Exercise care to avoid scratching diaphragm rod surfaces
Fluid Section Reassembly
- Reassemble in reverse order using clean, inspected parts
- Lubricate diaphragm rod and Y-ring with appropriate grease
- Ensure proper diaphragm alignment with fluid cap to prevent twisting
- Verify air chamber markings on diaphragms during installation
