TIG®680-15AB is a two-component silicone potting compound with high thermal conductivity (1.5±0.2 W/mK), designed for LED and power drive applications. This room temperature curable material offers extended working time, excellent fire resistance (UL 94 V-0 rated), and superior thermal management properties.
