Furnace Structure & Design
The pit type furnace features a cylindrical deep well design with vertical workpiece loading. Constructed from furnace shell, lining, heating device, and temperature control system, it can be installed underground, above ground, or partially submerged based on workshop requirements.
Versatile Heat Treatment Applications
This electrical resistance furnace supports multiple heat treatment processes including tempering, annealing, normalizing, carburizing, and carbonitriding. It integrates seamlessly with quenching tanks, washing machines, and other equipment to form complete heat treatment production lines.
Comprehensive Heat Treatment Capabilities
Ideal for processing high chromium and high manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolls, steel alloys, stainless steel components, and various mechanical parts. Also suitable for stress relief annealing and aging treatments of welded assemblies.
