The factors that can affect the printing film quality:

1.The raw materials quality:it has to be 100% new materials

2.The formula:formulas are different according to defferent shades or designs,it has to be done by the professional person who has very good skills through years' working experiences.

3. Stretching rate during production:you should control well of the stretching during printing to avoid the film thickness thinner and surface deformation,that is absolutely not allowed.

4.Set up proper datas of production technics:according to different situations,our engineers know well of the datas setting to make production goes well and bring you a perfect printed film.

5.Before production,fix the film rolls position properly on the roller.

1.Before production,we have very serious preparation on raw materials,machine settings and maintenance.

2.In the middle of production,we check the PVC printed film by watching every step of prodction,especially the LED screen which can show well and clearly of the PVC printed film surface,by this way,we can avoid any stains or unprinted areas appear.

3.After production,we start the next quality inspection.

   --we put the big rolls onto re-rolling machine to make it sdandard rolls,this is convenient for your floor production.

   --During re-rolling,we can check the surface of PVC printed film to make sure you receive perfect PVC printed film.

   --Re-rolling finished,we will packing it with white film and bubble film to protect the PVC printed film,we will cut small pieces of     the packed film to stick it on the rolls' surface ,so that you can always find out which colors that you need.

Delivery is the last step   

we put the rolls that packed well on the pallet,fasten the pallet by winding the special belt.

--For domestic customers,we delivery with truck.

--For overseas customers,we book containers and ship by sea.
