Heavy walled strong structure tubing pump description:
Pressure is balanced across the barrel wall to combat the effects of fluid or gas pound.Stuck pumps in the tubing are minimized with this design due to fluid and particulates being discharged inches away from the hold-down seal assembly.
The pump barrel is made of high-quality special tubes, and the internal surface is hardened through chrome or nickel-phosphorus plating, resulting high strength, rigidness and corrosion-resistant performance.
The space between the plunger and barrel reduces eccentric wear thus, extended the service life and guarantee improved pump efficiency. To prevent loss, the related eccentric distance ε=0. This eccentric distance between barrel and plunger reduce pump loss. This pump is suitable for the deep wells, which where one needs to hang more tail pipes.
