7"Aluminium Alloy Spiral Vane Centralizer with Coated Powder
Coated Aluminium Alloy Spiral Vane Casing Centralizer can be used with corrosion resistant alloy casing strings to avoid the effects of galvanic corrosion.It is developed specially for horizontal and extended reach wells with lower coefficient of friction over steel centralizers.Their spiral blades increase annular turbulence to improve well bore clean out.
7"Aluminium Alloy Spiral Vane Centralizer with Coated Powder Features
- Suitable for either cased or open hole.
- The design of the vanes keeps running forces at a minimum
- Application:in deviated and horizontal wells, liner overlaps, and shoe joints.
- Wide vanes distribute load from the casing string into the well bore without gouging.
- Vane ends are beveled 30 degrees relative to casing centralizer to provide excellent lead into restrictions and reduced drag when running into hole.
