Heavy wall RH and thin wall RW sucker rod pumps description:
Sucker rod pump is equipped with a seating nipple(there are two seating nipples in API-RHBM-AC) , seating nipple connection on the tubing string, down to the bottom of the well with the tubing string. Plunger assembly connection on the sucker rod string and with the pump overall down to seating nipple position together , pump with fixed inside the seating nipple , Plunger assembly with the sucker rod string up and down reciprocating movement to achieve pumping work.
If the pump appeared quality problem, need not put forward the tubing string, only need put the whole pump forward well through the sucker rod string together , operation is simple.
Long plunger pump has a short barrel, a long plunger and two standing valves, which increase the reliability of the seal. Ball and
seat use special material which has higher hardness to increase the whole pump’s anti-corrosion and impact resistance capacity.
Long plunger pump is long in life and high in efficiency and applies to wells of sand content less than 0.1%.
