Work description

 According to the signal recognition, automatically collect the NG board and OK board respectively to two lifting crates; NGOK board collector and AOI on-line, after the AOI detection judgement of good (OK) and defective (NG) output different signals, signals sent to the lower NGOK collector, NGOK collector to receive signals transmitted by the AOI to make judgements, the PCB will be automatically sorted out! OK and NG material stored in the frame;
For example: AOI output OK signal through the NGOK judgement into the mobile push plate trolley directly into the OK lift trolley frame; AOI output NG signal through the NGOK judgement into the mobile trolley and transfer to the back of the NG lift trolley frame.
