Working Principle
The PCB panel is placed on the positioning platform and fixed by the automatic clamping device.
The panel splitting mechanism slowly advances along the preset path to cut and separate the PCB.
During the panel splitting process, the clamping mechanism applies uniform force to avoid local stress concentration.
After the panel splitting is completed, the PCB single board is automatically discharged and waits for subsequent processes.
