API 11B Sucker Rods for Oil Production
Sucker rods are critical components used to connect subsurface sucker rod pumps and pumping units in oil production systems. Available Product Grades
Grade C Sucker Rods
Manufactured from fine carbon steel with medium strength, good plasticity, toughness, and corrosion resistance. Ideal for sour medium environments where resistance to sulphuric stress cracking is required.
Grade D Sucker Rods
Constructed from fine alloy steel with high strength, superior plasticity, and extended service life through heat treatment. Suitable for non-corrosive or light-corrosion oil well applications.
Grade HL & HY Sucker Rods
Super-high strength rods with identical dimensions to Grade D but capable of reaching 966-1195 MPa strength. Designed for deep oil wells or high-capacity pumping applications.
Grade K, KD & KH Sucker Rods
Manufactured from fine Cr-Ni-Mo alloy steel with varying nickel content for enhanced corrosion resistance. Suitable for strongly corrosive oil wells at shallow, medium, and deep depths respectively.
