Installation Guidelines
Preparation
- Verify product specifications, dimensions, and color numbers before installation
- Keep same color number products together unless special decorative effects are desired
- Test layout on ground before final installation
Pattern Alignment
For tiles with directional patterns, align all tiles in the same direction for optimal decorative effect.
Installation Methods
Available in wet pasting and dry pasting methods. For floor installation, limit cement mortar surface area to prevent adhesion issues.
Joint Spacing
- Polished brick spacing: 2mm-5mm
- Wall junction spacing: 3mm-5mm
Note: Surface cement mortar should not exceed initial coagulation time (approximately 45 minutes) to ensure proper adhesion and prevent air pockets.
