Sichuan Guanghan Shida Carbon Co., Lts was established in 2001, formerly the Shanxi Jiexiu Shida Carbon which was founded by Mr Zhang Shigong in 1990.
Shida Carbon is a Hi-Tech enterprise specialized on research and production of new carbon materials, also act as the vice chairman of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, director of China Carbon Industry Association, member of Carbon Material Council of Chinese Society for Metals and member of China Special Steel Enterprises Association.
The shortest construction time: 10 months to complete the LWG furnace.
The technology and equipment has stride into the advanced level worldwide: By importing core equipment of key processes from the United States, Germany and Japan, the technology and equipment of Shida Carbon has stood on the same line along with the most advanced carbon companies, more importantly our product quality has reached the advanced level as well.
The debugging time of isotropic graphite production line has made a shortest record among carbon industry.
History and layout of Shida Carbon:
- July 1990: Mr. Zhang Shigong founded Shanxi Jiexiu Shida Carbon Co, Ltd.
- June 2004: Wholly-owned subsidiary Dechang Shida Carbon Co., Ltd founded.
- May 2011:Dechang Shida’s phaseⅢ240KA LWG graphitization unit officially started operation
- Nov 2011 Sichuan Shida fine Carbon’s isotropic graphite production line achieved critical success
- March 2012: Meishan Shida’s 3500mt extruder and German made vibration forming machine officially started operation
- August 2012: Dechang Shida’s 5000mt/year isotropic graphite graphitization and purification unit started operation
- Aug 2012: Shida Fine Carbon’s car bottom furnace officially started operation
- Aug 2013: Shida Carbon gained two appraisements of sci-tech achievements from Sichuan Science and Technology Department
