Heavy Type Shaftless Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand , Reel Stand Paper Roll Holder

I. General introduction

Mill roll stand is the first part machine in Corrugated cardboard production line. It is used for holding and supplying of the base paper.

It has two types: Electrical mill roll stand and Hydraulic mill roll stand. Electrical roll stand usually used for low speed production line while the hydraulic roll stand mostly for high speed production line.

II. Structure and Features

1. Heavy type.
2. Clamping paper roll, moving right-left, arms up-down and paper roll rotation is motorized operated.
3. Support two paper rollers in the meantime, one is working, and another is for spare part.
4. Adopts “Spring clutch”.
5. Paper tension controlled by pneumatically operated disc brake, setting the tension easily.
6. The arms of the mill roll stand is made by cast iron ,not welding , so it is more stronger ,and can fit working in high speed condition .
7. Reel strain control by manual brakes or pneumatic brakes . The finial adopts taper apex or bulge apex.
8. When the clamping moving up and down selects cycloid motor ,and the thick paper used for covering arm overload or touch the ground . It would be effective to safeguard the machinery not to be damaged.
