Machine Description:
Corrugated paper enter into the double facer hot parts with heating and molding after pasted glue, and become board after cooling
Machine Function:

Effective width: 1400-2500mm
Heat-plate surface be grinded.
Dense pressure roller, whole up and down by motorized or hydraulic.
Subsection or whole pressing according to number of piles, benefit to glue paperboard.
Upper cotton belt with automatic or manual correction, pneumatic tension, lower cotton belt with tension correction device.
Cooling and molding part used dense suspend pressure roller. Transmission gear adopts oil-immersed seal or half seal driving.
Drive roller are wrapped resistant rubber, prolong the use life of cotton belt.
1. Hot plates’ surfaces is ground and then chromed plated,width 600mm and 16 pcs,cooling parts 4m
2. Hot plates adopts the compressed press rollers structure,it lifting adopt pneumatic structure
3. Heat conductive pipe of hot plates control the temperature segmented
4. The inside of the hot plate is partition isolation structure,making the steam flow in S-shaped direction, and the separation function of steam and water is obvious,then improves the steam usage efficiency
5. Up convey belt left and right correct by auto with both sides,Under belt adopt S type manual correct tensioning device
6. Up belt adopt double cylinder S type tensioning device,down belt manual tensioning device(small amount adjust)
7. Drive rollers’ surface is wrapped by rubber with middle height,to make sure the board output smoothly
8. Main drive motor: Variable frequency motor, high force when low speed start, high speed adjusting range, steady to use,easy to mend
9. The electrical components adopt international famous brands, working stably and reliable
